Meet the Intern: Pierce
My name is Pierce Twohig and I am currently a senior at Suffolk University. I am very excited to be working here at Aigner Prensky and to progress myself further as a Marketing/Brand Marketing major! I have a passion for travel and food which made the decision to work for a firm who produces food truck events so easy! I feel so fortunate to have combined my academic and personal interests.
Growing up with an Irish, Pilot, father has enabled me to travel as much as possible. Travel has influenced my taste buds as well, always trying local cuisine and finding holes in the wall. I also had the opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy last year, an experience I’ll never forget. Living in Europe for four months broadened my perspective allowed me to learn so much outside of the classroom, not to mention eat so much amazing food! A/P is right up my alley in a number of ways, the firm seemed like the right direction for me. In the future I hope to work for a Restaurant group or boutique agency catering to the food industry, doing marketing and PR.
Outside of being a college student, server at a Japanese Izakaya, and an intern at A/P, I am a freelance photographer. Throughout college I have been taking photos for clients ranging from Restaurants to Interior design companies. My attention to detail and attraction to aesthetically pleasing content has shaped my photography and Brand marketing major simultaneously. Photography has always been something very special to me, there is something about looking at past experiences and bringing back memories so vividly. I hope to continue this passion alongside my career however I can.
I couldn’t be happier with the opportunity I’ve been given at A/P and look forward to all the great experience I will be gaining. (and delicious food)
