The Many Meals of Valentine's Day!
Here at A/P Marketing, we always agree on one thing: we love food! From food trucks to fancy restaurants, we have a passion for delicious creations. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we understand it’s about celebrating love, but we also know it’s about eating a good meal! Here are some of the interesting Valentine’s Day meals that are being dished up this year:
Eat Like A Celebrity:
Beyonce and Jay-Z are the ultimate power couple. Brucie, an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn, is capitalizing on the successful relationship of this dynamic duo with a Beyonce and Jay-Z themed dinner. The menu consists of play-on-word dishes with cheeky adaptations of their song titles such as “I Am Pasta Fierce” and “Oysters Rocafella.” Brucie Chef and Owner, Zahra Tangorra says, “We take the food very seriously here, but we don’t take ourselves very seriously. We always try to have fun.” We admire their ambition to stay on top of pop culture and we hope they decide to offer these Beyonce and Jay-Z inspired options every day!
Eat Like A Billionaire:
Money can’t buy love, but it can buy a very, very, very expensive Valentine’s Day dinner. British Chef, Adam Simmonds of London-based VeryFirstTo (a company founded on offering exclusive events and experiences to its members) is serving up the “Most Romantic Valentine’s Dinner Ever” for a whopping £61,000, or $99,979.00 USD. This decadent eight- course meal includes white caviar costing £3,000, sea oysters with their pearls at £6,000, and a bluefin tuna that is so rare, it is rumored to be on the verge of extinction. And that’s just the food! The wine bill alone adds up to a stomach-churning £30,700, featuring a £17,000 bottle of La Romanee-Conti. Bon appetite!
Eat On The Cheap:
On the other end of the price spectrum is a Valentine’s Day Dinner at a McDonalds in Southport, North Carolina. Accompanied by music from DJ Ron (Ronald McDonald’s alter-ego), guests will be greeted at the door and their food will be delivered directly to their table. This funny scenario takes some of the pressure out of Valentine’s day, but let’s hope your date finds it as humorous!
Now that we’ve given you some options, we hope that you and your loved one will have a great Valentine’s Day with lots of great food and even better memories - no matter the theme or the price range of your night!
